STAR Learning Lab has partnered with K.E.P.A Youth Program to bring you premiere Tutoring and Homework Help Services. Shanell Johnson (our Head of Tutoring) Shanell Johnson is a 12 year Baltimore City Public Schools Special Education teacher and founder of K.E.P.A, LLC.
The K.E.P.A Youth Program is a tutoring and recreation program specializing in building youth confidence and growth mindset. Tutoring services include one on one and small group sessions designed to help students K-12 understand and complete academic assignments in reading, writing and math. Utilizing direct instruction, student learning profiles, and informal assessments, students also receive
academic intervention in challenging subjects. Tutoring Services are available both in-person and virtually.
